OUR OPPORTUNITY

I am a resource to be used. You are a leader who understands that your leverage is always greater when you find and use the right resources. Let's get together. There is absolutely no better way for me to build credibility with you than for you to experience my energy, my insight, and my commitment in a "live" session with you and your team. All you will need to commit is just 15 minutes plus a little preparation for an idea generating, morale boosting team conversation. There is no other cost or obligation. Here's how it works... Pyramid people
  1. Pick a Topic. Examine the five topics above to determine if one of these (or some variation of these) ties to a challenge or a goal of real importance to your team. If you prefer any other topic, please request it. I have presented leadership and professional development programs on over 30 topics for the past 20 years to over 300 client organizations. I will customize an overview presentation for your team.
  2. Schedule. Call me to identify a spot on the calendar that is mutually convenient.
  3. Background. I will ask that you send me a brief email to provide some background as to why the topic is important to your team, including the priority issues you've encountered and the opportunities you see.
  4. Room/Equipment. Schedule a meeting room with a reliable teleconference connection, a white board or a flipchart easel, and comfortable seating for everybody who'll be involved.
  5. Scribe. Identify someone in the group who is comfortable serving as a scribe. During our discussion, I will ask this person to write key words and phrases on the white board.
  6. Connection. The phone rings, we're connected, and energy will flow across the telephone line.
  7. Then What? We will interact. I guarantee there will be value in our conversation. When you hang up the phone, there will be several "aha's" for your team. What's more, you'll know whether you want to have further dialogue with me about how I can support your efforts. As you wish, I will propose several options for your consideration.
Congratulations on your openness and your commitment to the team and the vision.
